Serenity 1, LLC has recently been made aware of unauthorized third parties falsely representing themselves as our company and contacting individuals by phone.
We want to be absolutely clear:
We have identified that at least one former vendor and one current vendor affiliate have engaged in the unauthorized use of our company name and are attempting to contact individuals while misrepresenting themselves as Serenity 1. This activity is not authorized and is being addressed.
Serenity 1 has only one official phone number:
Any statements claiming that an 833 number is customer service, or that other numbers are used for qualification, sales, or outreach are incorrect and not associated with Serenity 1.
The only time a different number may be used is if it is directly provided to you by a verified Serenity 1 representative originating from (866) 222-7309.
These numbers are unauthorized to represent our company in any capacity. Any calls from these numbers claiming to be Serenity 1 should be treated as suspicious.
